Coffee & Tea Packaging

Brief Introduction

Block bottom bags provide square bottoms so that they can be placed upright without any product inside. They are the easiest to fill up, and they are better placed on the shelves of shops, cafes or coffee shops.

Because these block-bottom coffee bags are very easy to make, they are made of various materials such as kraft paper, matte material, and white kraft paper.

Usually we add a one-way degrass valve on the coffee bag, so do you know why we need to add a valve on the coffee bag?

These small valves are a type of modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) used in many industries, but they are especially popular in the coffee market. The reason is as follows: When carbon dioxide gas accumulates in the package, the one-way valve allows it to escape while preventing oxygen and other pollutants from entering.

A small piece of plastic usually attached to the front or inside of a coffee package. The one-way valve does not interfere with the packaging graphics, marketing or function. Sometimes they look like nothing more than a pinhole, sometimes they may look like a transparent plastic sticker. Most consumers don't even notice them! But they will notice how fresh their coffee is.
